We partner with premium logistics aggregators (Shiprocket) to ensure your jewelry is handled with care and delivered to you securely and promptly.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Because we offer both ready-to-ship pieces and specially handcrafted designs, our delivery timelines depend on the type of jewelry you order:

Standard (Non-Customized) Jewelry: These orders are processed and dispatched from our studio in Jaipur within 1 to 3 business days. You can expect your piece to be delivered within a maximum of 7 days from the date the order is placed.

Customized & Made-to-Order Jewelry: Creating bespoke luxury takes time and precision. Customized orders require a dedicated production window and will be delivered to your doorstep within 15 days from the date the order is placed.

(Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. During peak festive seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.)

Shipping Rates (Pan-India)
We offer reliable shipping across India through our trusted courier partners (including Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.).

Shipping Cost: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed securely at checkout.

Serviceability
While we strive to deliver to every PIN code in India, delivery timelines are subject to courier serviceability in your specific area. Remote locations may occasionally require an additional 1-2 days for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped. This message will contain your AWB (Tracking Number) and a tracking link so you can monitor your package in real-time. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

RTO (Return to Origin) & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Receiving Your Order (Important)
For the safety of your purchase, please do not accept any package that appears tampered with, opened, or heavily damaged from the outside.
Please note: As stated in our Refund Policy, an unedited unboxing video is strictly required to claim any transit damage or missing items.
